With over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy, I bring a deep respect for each person’s story and a steady, compassionate presence to the therapeutic process. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my work is grounded in helping individuals, couples, and families feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I am a Qualified Sex Therapist and trained in EMDR, NLP, and CHP, with extensive experience in addiction treatment, mediation, and couples therapy. I work with clients of all ages, tailoring therapy to meet each person where they are—whether they are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and effective, offering both insight and tools that can be used in everyday life. No matter your age or circumstances, my goal is to help you move toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
